Booking Redowa
Like most in our field, the vast majority of our bookings are for private functions - weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events and so on, so we don't put a list of bookings here as it wouldn't be very helpful.
Basically, our aim is to help your event to run smoothly and successfully. If you are interested in booking us, the best thing to do is to email or phone and discuss your particular event. Rest assured, if we don't think we are suitable for your needs we will tell you so, and if you decide we're not what you are looking for, we won't be offended. We're based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, but we frequently travel further afield.
Our fees are reasonable, come with no "hidden extras", and you don't need to go through an agent. After discussing your event with you, we will give you a quote and, subject to no major changes in the arrangements, what we quote is what you pay.
As a general rule we will ask you to sign a contract, to confirm what you have agreed with ourselves, and vice-versa. It's expected by many clubs and societies, corporate bodies, arts venues and so on. We don't have a "standard" contract (a large outdoor event is very different to a wedding), but a specimen example may be downloaded here. As members of the Musician's Union, we each carry £10,000,000 Public Liability Cover (which is often insisted upon by local authorities and other bodies). Our equipment meets all relevant health and safety law, and we can advise you on any safety-related issues that may arise.
